No, you may not build without an approved plan being submitted and approved, unless you are building in a rural area where this is not a requirement.

No plan approval is required for rural areas , however other areas that require plan approval timeframe is determined by the local municipality.

Your builder would need to be trained by Premod® in order to erect the structure on site, meeting all Premod® Building Standards.
